Hey, I'm Charlotte Cragg. I was born in Lancashire, in the North of England and lived there until I was 11, when I then moved to the Isle of Arran. Arran is a lovely island on the West coast of Scotland and is often described as 'Scotland in Miniature.' To gain a little insight about the island, Arran, click on the link. I would say that from the films that I have watched in the screenings, they definitely portray the beauty of Scotland. Some other aspects and themes in the films are a bit far fetched, however the kilt wearing is quite real, as many of my male friends own kilts and although they don't wear them on a normal night out, they would always wear them for a special occasions or rugby/football games in which Scotland are playing in. This is a good thing as it shows how proud they are of Scotland and also shows their supporting and competitive spirit.
